This Wednesday, December 21, Christmas will once again come early for college football fans as the Early National Signing Day will mark the first official day student athletes sign to join their prospective universities all across the nation.
The Sons of Montezuma Podcast for our third year in a row will host our very own SDSU Football Early Signing Day Recruiting Show. With the emergence of our YouTube channel videos we will be broadcasting there exclusively with the audio versions available on Apple podcast, Spotify, iHeart, and TuneIn.
The livestream will begin at 7pm PST, and the program will feature player breakdowns, complete with video highlights, graphics and analysis. You can subscribe to get in on all the action here.
Currently SDSU sits at the #80th recruiting class nationally according to 247.com. Some notable names expected to make their commitment into an official signing are Madison High’s Jonah Rodriguez, Javance Tupouata-Johnson, Jordan Napier, and Brady Nassar.
Also joining the show will be Ruben Peña Sr. co-founder of SDFNL San Diego Football Night Lights, a local brand dedicated and focused to shining a light on high school football players earning collegiate scholarships.
The Aztecs football program is currently on location in Hawaii for the Easypost Hawaii Bowl for a matchup against Middle Tennessee State on Christmas Eve.
SDSU is coming into the bowl game as -7 point favorites.
