  1. I watch you three and you just do not have the courage to name names and call it like it is. Why are you so soft to be real, it just gets to not even be worth wasting my time listening to you. None of you will say that this team underachieved and it’s because they thought they were too cool for school. Goon was a pathetic joke, Byrd can only play degrade have no offensive ability, Waters is a head case and underperformed and now he has no eligibility left and he ain’t playing in the NBA, oden was just another portal misfire and gave us nothing. DeGourville has such a bad attitude you could just see his crying baby attitude all season long, Compton fouls himself out of most games, Heide plays tough and I like him but he has no offensive potential. Where did BJ go for most of the later part of the season, you know he is clutch. The coaches complex it by putting him at PG while that ain’t his position. Hello, Newman is a natural PG and if they had played him there all season we would be in the tournament. Elsie is not coming back and he has a serious medical issue anyways.

Watch what Boise does on their podcasts, they dare to be real and call out the players and coaches. Up your game!

Good luck but you all need to improve your ability to be real, if not it’s a missed opportunity but hey, that’s what Aztecs have been all about for the last two years.

    Nothing personal!

    1. Of course we highly disagree. We’ve talked about all those issues you just listed through-out the year. We just don’t bash players to the level that you are asking for. Calling someone a head case? A pathetic joke? These are young people at the end of the day and this is a game. Until the season is over, the book can be written. They actually came together and won 2 out of 3 making it to the championship. Again, we’ve discussed all of these topics through out the season and have been critical of the coaches, players. We choose to keep it real AND be respectful to those in the program who at the end of the day we support. If that’s not for you, it’s not for you.

    2. Hey Yo,

I know I was definitely critical of this team. Isn’t “too cool for school” a phrase meaning entitled? Because I definitely said they were entitled. I said there needed to be personnel changes and that I wanted players who were hungry. I called out their lack of wanting to practice and lack of focus before games. I called them out for taking games off. I called out Byrd for going 2-17 on 3s in the tournament. So if that’s not keeping it real then what is? I’m not out to bash kids but I do critique their play and the way they carry themselves.

Anyways thanks for the interaction but I do keeps it real.

  2. We need a consistent knockdown shooter — a specialist. The young man who transferred in from SJSU is a game wrecker. He seems to get hot at any time and can take over games. That is the type of player we needed to help get through tough games. Coach Bardahl needs to go. In my opinion, there seems to be a disruption among the coaching styles. A big strong low post player that rebounds and scores will help greatly.
